What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form on this site we ask for your name, phone number, email address, town and a short description of the project. We use that information to reply to you and to prepare a quotation for the work you are enquiring about, and for nothing else.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@designbysussex.co.uk.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Contact us at the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data.
